I (Jess) have been slacking off a little with the gym with a very good excuse I'm getting my kitchen redone so I have to help my Uncle the project should be done today. HORAAYYYY!!!! See you girls on Sunday. I suggest you bring a salad.

YEAH BABY!!!

Yeah so this is Jayme. I just got back from working out and my final weigh in. I started with a body fat percentage of 36%, well I ended @ 33%. Oh yeah baby. BUT what is even better......... suspence........ I started....... at 219 lbs..... are you ready for this......I ende.... AT...... 202.2!!!!! Oh my goodness. And this number is at night. I haven't weighed 200 in such a long time. Only 22 more pounds to go and I am at my goal weight. WOW!!! Check that out baby!!!

Weigh in Time!!

So the competition is over! Weigh-in is tonight. The Game is over best of luck to all the teams that worked their butts off. The winner will go to Vegas!! I think we find out who won May 19Th. Even tho the competition is over lets keep going I know me (Jess) and Jayme already have a Genesis Membership and I really enjoy working out now. I do have to put a little few day pause because I'm redoing my kitchen. Other than that I plan on going 4-5 days a week. There is no reason why we can be healthy and hott mama's!!! We deserve it and our kids deserve to have healthy and active parents.

Worked our butts off!!

The Challenge was so much fun. Talk about a hard work out. Jayme, Irene and Me (Jess) were the only ones to show up. Wonder were Yvette was at Hhmmm... No excuses I went hung over!! We had a blast it was a very good example of how hard I should be working out. I'm already sore I can only imagine how I will feel tomorrow. I'm so proud of us (Irene, Jayme). We did great we need to work out like that more often. Hooray for us!!! We ran around Genesis building 4 times and yes Irene did run, we did weights and squats and push ups I'm tired just thinking of it. I think Jayme will agree with me on this "We need to take that class"

Another Challenge

We have another challenge ladies! Sunday @ 10am we all need to be in camo for those extra points. Olivia will not be able to make it again. I'm sure it will be tons of fun this time we will be working out hard. We will be doing drills and weights. Too bad the daycare sucks I (Jess) will try to find a sitter. The day care on Socorra St sucks!!! From now on we will be going to the Genesis on 13Th and West St. I think the people at the Genesis out west got their daycare license in a McDonald's kids meal. As you can see I'm a little upset about the daycare. Other than that Genesis is a good work out place.
