Well I need to buy a new pair of pants. Woo Hoo! Also I am trying to get our picture on our profile and this computer keeps being stupid. I'll have to try on another one. Dumb computers. I hope every one of us are going to work out this weekend. We are slacking.

Nakedness!!!!

WHAT THE CRAP!! So this morning I went to work out b4 work cause I didn't have to be there till 1. So aparently all the old people like to go in the morning, and THEN walk around naked in the locker room. Or sit there and talk to eachother about crap will still being naked. To add to this horror they aren't even getting dressed. I felt good after my shower but I was mortified when i came out to see all of the skin. Geez Ladies. Have some dignity. Actually I know alot of people do this. My Aunt isn't worried about it either. SHe and others feel that they have what you have. Which is totaly true. But it gave me a reason to post about my morning.

7 day Cabbage Diet

So here is what I (jessica) is going to do. Im going to try this 7 day Cabbage diet. Wish me luck. Im going to start March 25th till April 1st. I think it will be ok I can loose about 10lbs since im having such a hard time loosing weight. I will be taking Vitamins. I just feel sorry for the toilet!!! I will be able to eat other thinks other than Cabbage here is how its works

Day 1: Eat only fruit, no bananas, drink unsweetened tea, cranberry juice, black coffee and water and Cabbage soup as much as I want

Day 2: Eat Fresh, raw or cooked veggies and my famous Cabbage soup Im alowed to eat a baked potato.

Day 3: combine day 1 and 2 but no baked potato oh yea and Cabbage soup

Day 4: Eat as many as 8 bananas and skim milk (ewwww) and Cabbage soup.

Day 5: I can have 10-20 ounces of Beef (YEAH!!) Drink 8 glasses of water. I can have baked Chicken

Day 6: East beef and veggies w/Salad and Cabbage Soup.

Day7: A Fat burger and fries... Just kidding I can have brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and Veggies. No bread, No alcohol (girls night out is canceled!) or carbonated drinks. Oh yea and Cabbage soup.

-The Cabbage soup has green onions, green peppers, tomatoes, carrots, muchrooms, celery, buillon, and V8 juice, and Cabbage!!
Diarhea here I come!

Its been a few days....

(this is Jess) ok So its been a few days since I went to the gym, but I did chase my son around the block a few times as he rode in his power wheel. Does that count? I was at Jayme's saturday as she moved but my job was just to watch Nicole. I was going to go last night but my child feel asleep in the car. Tonight Im going to workout extra hard. We missed our Challange worth 10 points!!! on Saturday. Whats going on guys we all forgot. We need to make that up ASAP and make sure we attend all of them. I brought Enchiladas and rice to work today. I ended up making a lot of it last night for dinner. Im still 150lbs according to our crappy scale we have at work. Im sure if I leaned forward a little I could have made it go down to 147lbs. Way to go Jayme, You have lost some weight and I can tell. What like 10lbs. YEAH BABY!!

Yeah so

So this weekend was bad for me. I am not sure about the other 3 girls, but I, Jayme, was totaly not a good girl. I ate badly on Saturday and I didn't work out @ all this weekend. Yvette and Jessica and their boyfriends helped my move out of my house. So I guess that was a little workout, but not enough. So tonight I am going to work out HARD!! Get the sweat a drippin. Then going back to moms and get my new room started. WOO HOO!!! I'll make up for my slacker weekend. Hey it wasn't as bad as it could have been. At least I did something.

Jayme update

Yeah so we all know I weighed 219 when we started this competition, well on Saturday morning I weighed myself and I weighed 214. AWESOME!!! I already notice a difference. Today is Thursday so I am sure I lost even more. Wow Wow Wow. We are all doing so good, we are working out, eating healthy and having fun doing it. Just you wait guys (males) you are gonna be drooling over us 4 very very soon.... the next step is to tan this summer, not fake bake, but the real toaster if you know what I mean.

Jess is ready!!!

Let the games begin. I have now been hungry for about 5 days. Im not starving my self. Im eating right. I was soooo hard being at my dad's this weekend. His wife cooks the best food. Its all fatty food. I stuck to cereal and shakes. I dont only let myself down by eatting a burger and fries but I let down my team. We can do this. Emporia doesnt have a Genesis so I just got up and went running early in the mornings. I swear by dad wakes up before the birds! I also worked out chasing my kids around the house. OK girls its game time. See yall at the gym, and at work and when we pick up our kids. OMG!!!

It's time to get serious!!!

Ok Girls!!, Point System starts Monday the 19th, and It's time to get serious. I am so proud of all of us. We have done an awesome job at working out and eating healthy. Remember we only have 10 weeks, and those 10 weeks will go by really fast. Remember there are over 100 teams doing this. And there are people out there who are just as motivated as we are, and some maybe even more. People will be hitting the gym every day and eating health too. Giving in to junk food and those blue berry muffins is NOT ACCEPTABLE!! Not during the contest anyway. We are going to do this or we are not. We have to make EVERY DAY count. That means no cheating!! Please do not bring any more blue berry muffins to work. Just FYI. I put those last 2 muffins down the garbage disposal.....There are 3 kinds of people in this world. The kind who MAKE things happen, the kind who WATCH things happen and the kind who WONDER what happened. WE ARE GOING TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN!!!!

Hi, my name is Yvette. I am 5'2" and weighed in at 129 with 28% body fat. This is the most I have weighed-EVER! My goal is to get back down to 115. Our fitness challenge begins 03/19/07....so let the 'construction' begin.
I'm glad the four of us are doing this together. Inspiration goes a long way. By the time we are done with this competition we will all be the hottest, sexiest ladies in Wichita!!!!
Hi,My name is Olivia, I'm a single 28 year old with a beautiful 8 year old son. I'm excited about this competition. I don't remember if any of the girls mentioned this but this winner wins a trip to Las Vegas!!!. There are over 100 teams competing against eachother. I use to weigh 200 lbs. About 3 years ago. I decided to hit the gym and lost over 60 lbs. I got all the way down to 120.
I weighed in Tuesday night at 141.3 with 32 percent body fat. My goal is to drop back down to 120.00. I had fun working out together at the gym. Hopefully when all this is over. We will keep it up. Who's going to Las Vegas?............................WE ARE!!!!!

1st day for Jessica

Hello everyone I'm Jessica, I'm 5'4 , 154lbs and my bodyfat is 30%. I weighed in last night at Genesis. I had so much fun working out with my girls. They encourage me so much and help keep me motivated. I have a goal to reach so CHEER me on. Id like to get down to 130lbs. With the team I have I'm sure it will not be hard to do. We all pitched in and brought healthy food to work. Thanks Yvette for finally bringing in the thigh master. If anyone has any good advise Its welcome here. I'm going to be eating Chicken, Fish, Salad, Fruits and I love V8. So that will be my serving of Vegetables. Well check us out every now and than and we will keep you posted.

Night 1 for Jayme

Well here is an introduction of myself, I am 23, 5'8" and a very proud mommy of a perfect little baby girl named Nicole. She was born 8-1-06. I play the tuba and I am pretty out spoken and have a problem with eating too much and not working out. So there was your quick introduction of myself.
Yeah so tonight we all got together and went to Genesis, cool. Our weigh-in coach is a charactor. I think the whole time he is checking out the ladies, he had to ask us like 20 times if we were there to work out or to check out the guys. Well to tell you the truth, I am there to have the guys check me out in 10 weeks. Mmmhmm. Well I weigh 219lbs and my fat percentage is 36%. So yeah I need to loose weight and fix my percentage thingy. But all in all it was fun. We worked out and I realized that there is no reason why I can't have a body like my sisters.

The Beginning...


Hello everyone. We are 4 women from Wichita, KS, Yvette, Olivia, Jessica & Jayme. We have just joined a fitness challenge, Genesis & GNC Fitness Challence 911. We are proud mommies of great kids and we have all decided to loose weight and win the competition and go to Vegas. Heck yeah baby. We will keep you all posted as you see our changes in our bodies, which will make changes in our lives. See us work out and look great doing it. :) Root for us and gives us hint if you have ANY!!
